that the Agenda be amended by removing Item 4.2 - Manny Makia - TEDxFortMurray; and adding Item 7.3 - Hosting Elected Officials at FCM 2019;

that Council waive any requirement to serve notice relative to the proposed addition; and

that the agenda be adopted as amended.
