Anti-Racism Working Group:
Caitlin Downie, Department Administrator, indicated that as previously discussed by the Committee, members of the Anti-Racism Working Group and the Rehobooth Focus Group would be invited to participate in RACIDE Meetings, and noted that various members from each group were in attendance.
Accessibility Working Group:
Caitlin Downie, Department Administrator, advised that she attended a meeting with the Regional Inclusive Committee where topics discussed included the RMWB Accessibility Audit and accessibility at the 2021 Municipal Elections.
Jade Brown, Chief Legislative Officer, advised that Legislative Services is working diligently to ensure that all residents will have access to ballots and polling stations.
