Melissa Williams, Department Administrator, and Martin Byaruhanga, Work Planner, provided an overview of the draft template for the Committees workplan, outlining the Committee’s achievements and how they plan to proceed with the goal for the workplan to be efficient for the next three years. The subcommittee will put priorities under each domain on the workplan and discuss those rankings during a Communities in Bloom meeting in the future.
