Subcommittee met with social planner and went over history of the Age Friendly Work Plan. It was decided the document needs rebuilding to be effective for the next 3 to 5 years. Time lines in the work plan will show short, medium and long-term goals. Benchmarking with other Municipal work plans will take place and a draft will be presented at AcoA’s next meeting at the end of January.
