Nina Caines, Senior Manager, Parks, Roads and Rural Operations, and Mazhar Hajhossein, Manager, Engineering, provided an update on the downtown infrastructure and enhancement projects, noting that construction of the new traffic signals, traffic poles and sidewalks would be completed this year for Franklin Avenue in the areas between Hardin Street and MacDonald Drive.
