Seville Kwan, Department Administrator, noted that Administration consulted with the Parks Division to select the top three best Flower of the Year choices for the region, those being Geraniums, Zinnias, and Sweet Williams. It was further noted that as a voting platform becomes available it will be provided to the public as an opportunity to vote for the Flower of the Year.
