Keith Smith, Director, Public Works, and Kelly Colbourne, Manager, Roads, presented an update on the Urban Snow and Ice Removal Program and spoke to the results from the survey conducted in 2020. It was noted that the changes to be implemented for the next season will be that windrows higher than 15 cm will be removed from the front of driveways and the Winter Maintenance Zones will only be relaxed on statutory holidays.
