2020 Proposed Sustaining Grant Allocation

The Sustaining Grant subsidizes registered nonprofit organizations that operate and maintain municipally-owned recreation facilities and/or provide strategic services that contribute toward the goals identified through the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo 2018 - 2021 Strategic Plan. There are 10 facility operators and 10 strategic partners recommended for funding in 2020.

Process:

·              Each Sustaining Applicant will deliver a presentation.

·              Following each presentation, Council will consider the request and Administrative Recommendation, and will then make a resolution on the grant amount to be approved before proceeding to the next Applicant presentation.
