Responsibilities:
1. To hear and adjudicate appeals brought by any person who has received an order under s.545 or s.546 of the Municipal Government Act and other related proceedings;
2. To hear appeals regarding a Declaration of Vicious Animal under the Animal Control Bylaw .
Requirement:
Detailed oriented individuals with good analytical skills and the ability to be fair and open-minded are essential for appointment to this Committee. Previous experience with administrative tribunals is considered an asset.
